Evan has 10 years of experience in real estate investing. Evan’s responsibilities include investor relations, acquisitions and financing. Previously, Evan was the Chief Financial Officer of DSPM, a diversified privately held company focused on acquisition and development of multi-use commercial real estate, as well as managing strategically acquired operating companies. Prior to DSPM, Evan was the Director of Finance and Administration for the National Sales Group at UBS Wealth Management.

Evan graduated from Vassar College with degree in Economics and Science, Technology and Society and a minor in Physics.

Brian has 5 years of experience in real estate investing. Brian's responsibilities include investor relations, acquisitions and asset management. Previously, Brian spent 15 years in consumer products in a variety of roles including engineering, sourcing, sales operations and product marketing. His last position prior to 56 Properties was engineering management at iRobot, a maker of consumer robotics.

Brian graduated from the University of Maine with a degree in mechanical engineering.

Holly is the founder of KeepMore.com. Holly has been a real estate investor for the past 20 years, with properties and investments  in New York, Texas, Ohio, and Mississippi. She is currently a General Partner in projects throughout Texas and the Southeast US.
